When you "sign up": Your name and email are saved inside your own browser — the same way a website remembers your dark mode preference. That information never leaves your device and never reaches us. If you clear your browser data, your account resets.
When you pay via PayNow: The payment goes directly through your bank to ours. We receive a standard bank transfer notification showing the sender name and amount. We do not store, process, or retain the email reference you put in the payment note beyond reading it to confirm your payment.
When you use the Board Maker: Any words, colours, or voice recordings you add are stored in your browser only. When you download your board, it saves to your device as a file. Nothing is uploaded to us.
When you use the Batch Queue: All video processing happens entirely on your computer. No video, audio, or transcript is sent anywhere.
Voice recordings: Any voice recorded in the tools stays in your browser. We never receive, store, or process anyone's voice — including children's voices.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking tools.
This product is designed to help children communicate. We do not collect any data from or about children. All tool data — including any voice recordings — stays on the parent or caregiver's device.
If we ever add server-side features, we will update this policy clearly before doing so and will not do so without your knowledge.

Little Voices provides browser-based tools for building communication boards for children. These tools include a Board Maker, a talking board, and a Batch Queue for processing voice recordings. All tools run in your browser or on your computer. No cloud service is required to use the downloaded boards.
Payments are one-time. You choose the amount (minimum S$10). There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge.
Payment is made via PayNow directly to our bank account. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable — but if something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.
Your payment supports ongoing development of tools like this one.
Access to all current tools on this site, as they exist at the time of your payment. We update and improve tools over time. We do not guarantee any specific feature roadmap.
Little Voices is not a medical service. These tools are designed for families and caregivers to use alongside professional guidance, not instead of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Little Voices provides tools that help families build personalised communication boards for children. They are designed to support communication — not to diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care.
AAC needs vary significantly between children. A qualified speech-language pathologist can assess your child's specific needs and recommend appropriate strategies.

Voice recordings made using these tools are stored on your device only. They are not analysed or processed by us in any way, and are not a clinical measurement of speech or communication ability.
These tools are provided as-is. We make no guarantee that they will meet any specific communication need, work on every device, or be suitable for every child.
This project was built by a parent, for parents and caregivers in situations like ours. It is offered in good faith. If something isn't working for your family, please reach out.
